Transferring to ACUTE

Have you determined that our excellent and acute rehabilitation hospital is the right choice for your recovery plan? The process for admission and transfer is simple. You or your doctor should get in touch with our admissions office about setting up a pre-admission screening, to be undertaken by one of our rehabilitation liaisons with input from you, your physicians and healthcare personnel, and your family, to evaluate criteria for admission to our acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Soon after, we’ll coordinate your transfer to our rehabilitation facility. This process can often be accomplished in one day.
