Effective January 1, 2022, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) of The Department of Health and Human Services requires hospitals make information regarding standard charges available publicly.
Additional information regarding final ruling can be found below. (or at the bottom of this page)
CMS expects entities to update relevant information at minimum, annually, or as appropriate to reflect current charges.
In compliance with federal and state law, above are Accel Rehabilitation Hospital’s Standard Procedures & Charges and Shoppable Services. Charges are subject to revision during the year, without notice.
Processing of updates may affect posted charges reflected here.
Standard charges provided will not entirely reflect what any given individual’s personal financial responsibility is for a particular service, as this is dependent upon the terms of the individual’s insurance coverage, if applicable.
Please check with your insurance provider to determine and confirm deductible,
out-of- pocket, co-payment, co-insurance, benefit limits, and/or additional personal financial responsibilities.
Physician and Allied Health provider services are not reflected in our standard charge list as they are billed separately via your physician and/or provider.
Healthcare providers who bill separately may provide services in our hospital and said provider may or may not participate with the same insurers or maintenance organizations as Accel Rehab.
Accel Rehab encourages you to reach out to your providers
to request a personalized estimate of reasonably anticipated charges for treatment.
Please feel free to contact us directly at 972-899-5510 if you have questions about our standard charges and/or to obtain a prospective service quote.
